Senate bill entitled an Act to add to the Code of
Public Local Laws, Article 4, title "City of Balti-
more," sub-title "Courts," an additional section au-
thorizing the institution of prosecutions for offences,
not punishable by death or imprisonment in the peni-
tentiary by information, said section to be known as
"Section 181 A," and to come in after section 181.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 653 N,
of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Liquor and Intoxica-
ting Drinks," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Senate bill entitled an Act to be added to the Code
of Public Local Laws, Article 4, title "City of Balti-
more," sub title "Courts," an additional section pro-
viding for a stenographer to the Grand Jury of- Balti-
more city, said section to be known as "Section 207
A," and to come in after section 207.
Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section,,
empowering the Board of Liquor License Commis-
sioners of Baltimore city to summon witnesses, com-
pel their attendance and administer oaths, to Article
4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating
Drinks," to come in after section 653 T, of said Ar-
ticle, and to be designated as "Section 653 U."
Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 4. of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Liquor
and Intoxicating Drinks," concerning the arrange-
ment of licensed premises, to come in after section
653 U, and to be known as "Section 653 V."
Which were severally read the first time, and re-
ferred to the Baltimore City Senators,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize, direct and
require the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
county to build a bridge over Curtis creek, or as it is-
now commonly called Curtis bay, in Anne Arundel
county, and to provide by taxation already levied or
to be levied, the means for building the same.
