proved.
ORDERS.
On motion by Mr. Hayes, it was
Ordered by the Senate, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury report to the Senate at his earliest conveni-
ence the amount of money now or that will be in
the Treasury of the State, at the adjournment of the
Legislature, available to pay all appropriations for
all purposes which have been made or may be made by
this Legislature, and also to report what sum of the
amount so given will be necessary for the expenses of
the State Government for the years 1892 ,and 1893,
which are usually included in the general appropria-
tion Acts for such expenses.
On motion by Mr. Wootton, it was
Ordered, That Senators Brown, Coffin, Evans, New-
man, Pearre, Smith, Toadvin, Waters and Wilkinson
be excused from attendance on to day's session of the
Senate.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Gorter, the following bills :
Senate bill entitled an Act to add five new sections
to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks," to follow section 653 V, and to be des-
ignated as "Sections 653 W, 653 X, 653 Y, 653 Z and
653 AA."
