of medicine and surgery in Maryland for non-resident
practitioners.

House bill entitled an Act to prevent deception and
fraud by owners or agents who may have control of any
stallion kept for service by proclaiming or publishing
fraudulent or false pedigrees or records, and to pro-
tect such owners or agents, and the collection of fees
for service of such stallions.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Janu-
ary Session, 1890, entitled an Act to amend Article
52, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Jus-
tice of the Peace, except as to the city of Baltimore,"
by adding a new section to be designated "Section
11 A."
House bill entitled an Act to enable the Martini
German Evangelical Lutheran Congregation, Unaltered
Augsburg Confession, of Baltimore, Maryland, to sell,
lease, dispose of or mortgage and convey its property.
House bill entitled an Act to sanction and make
valid a bequest of Nancy Camel, late of Washington
county, deceased, to Manor Church of the Tunker de-
nomination, and a bequest from said Nancy Camel
to the Methodist Episcopal Church, situated in the
town of Sharpsburg, Washington county, Maryland.

Article 17, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Clerks of Courts," and to re-enact the same.
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Senate bill entitled an Act to reepeal chapter 17, of
the Acts of the General Assembly passed at the Jan-
uary Session, 1892.
