Senate bill entitled an Act prescribing the regula-
tions and conditions upon which the Board of Public
Works shall sell the State's interest in all works of in-
ternal improvements, whether as a stockholder or a
credit, and also the State's interest in any banking cor-
poration as authorized bv section 3, of Article 12, of
the Constitution, as proposed to be amended by the Act
of 1890, chapter 362, and adopted by the people at the
general election on November 3d, 1891, and to appro-
priate a sum of money for carrying this Act into effect.

the office of the County Commissioners of Queen

hereafter.
