House bill entitled an Act to prohibit drunkenness
and disorderly conduct in Liberty District, Frederick
county.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 128, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Corporations," sub-title "Insur-
ance Department," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to sanction and make
valid a bequest of Nancy Camel, late of Washington

county, deceased, to Manor Church of Tunker denomi-
nation, and also a bequest from said Nancy Camel to
the Methodist Episcopal Church, situated in the town
of Sharpsburg, Washington county, Maryland.

House bill entitled an Act to amend section 35, of
Article 26, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Courts," sub-title ' Court of Appeals," to authorize
the appointment of a messenger to said court.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1890, entitled an Act to amend Article 52,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title ''Justice of
the Peace," except as to Baltimore city, by adding a
new section to be designated as "Section 11 A."

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to change the title of
Article 70, of the Code of Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland, entitled "Oaths," to that of "Of-
ficial and Other Oaths,"and to add new sections there-
to.

Endorsed: Reported unfavorably by the Judiciary
Committee, and report adopted.
