House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town
of Laytonsville, in Montgomery.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Waters, Wirt and Hepbron.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Com-
missioners of Brookeville, in Montgomery county, to
incur a debt to pave the sidewalks of said town.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wootton. Hepbron and Wirt.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county
to grant a pension to John Blackstone, of said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Brown, Dawson and Hepbron.

power the Governor of the State of, Maryland to ap-
point an additional Justice of the Peace for the First
Precinct of the Fourth Election District of Caroline
