Virginia, and to authorize the Attorney-General to
dismiss the suit now pending in the Supreme Court of
the United States.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 58, of Article 13, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford County," sub-title "County
Commissioners," and to add five additional sec-
tions to said Article 13, relating to the number, term,
election and compensation of County Commissioners
for said county, to follow said section 58, and to be
numbered 58 A, 58 B, 58 C, 58 D and 58 E.

Endorsed : "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 198, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at its January Session, 1890, entitled "Ari Act in re-
lation to Animals," and to re-enact the same with,
amendments.

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably from the Com-
mittee on the Judiciary, and report adopted."
