Of 30 citizens of Somerset county, against the re-
peal of the local option law for said county.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Temperance.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

By Mr. Toadvin, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 41 to
47, inclusive, of Article 23, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico Counry,"
sub-title "Fences."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Roads,"
and to re enact the same with amendments.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messis. Toadvin, Wirt and Smith.

By Mr, Wirt, the following bills :

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the F. C.
& H. S. Todd Company.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 412, of
Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Cecil Connty," sub-title "Sales of Spirituous or
Fermented Liquors," as enacted by chapter 474, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1890,
and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wirt, Hepbron and Wootton.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr. Waters, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the President, Managers and Company of the Boons-
borough Turnpike Road Company, passed at the De-
cember Session, 1814, of the General Assembly of
Maryland, chapter 71.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
Section 119, of Article 20, of the Public Local Laws,
title "Somerset County," sub-title "Fish."

Which were read the second time, and ordered to
be engrossed for a third reading.
