House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, of an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January
Session, 1888, chapter 295, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the town of Hampstead, in Carroll county.
Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Bennett, Rogers and Seibert.
House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxi-
cating Drinks," to follow section 311 and to be known
as "Sections 311 A, 311 B, 311 C, 311 D, 311 E, 311 F,
311 G and 311 H," relating to the sale of spirituous
and fermented liquors and lager beer in Frederick
county, and imposing penalties for the violation of
said sections.
Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Newman, Seibert and Rogers.
House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town,
of Hurlock, in Dorchester county.
Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Hepbron, Wootton and Wirt.
House bill entitled an Act to sanction the bequest
contained in the last will and testament of Savilla
Bankert, late of Carroll county, Maryland, deceased,
to the Trustees of Saint Matthews Congregation of
Pleasant Valley, Carroll county, Maryland.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 230, of
Article 27, of the Codo of Public General Laws, title
"Obstructing Railroads," sub-title "Railroads Ob-
structing," and re-enact the same with amendments.
Which, were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money for the support of the Children's Country Home
of Baltimore county.
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for selecting,
drawing and summoning the jurors for Anne Arundel
county.
