Young Men's Republican Club of Cumberland, Mary-
land.

Senate bill entitled an Act to reimburse the Visitors!
and Governors of Washington College, for the board
and tuition of W. P. Brown, a student erroneonsly ap-
pointed from Somerset county, under the Act of 1874,
chapter 282.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and require
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to
make a special levy of not more than twenty cents on
each, one dollar of the assessable real estate in the
village of Lutherville, in Baltimore county, for the
purpose of improving the roads in said village, if
twenty-five or more persons owning taxable real estate
in said village shall petition therefor.
