Mr. Coffin submitted the following message :

BY THE SENATE,

March, 15th, 1892.
Gentlemen of (he House of Delegates:

The Senate has received your message of March
14th, asking us to recede from the amendments of the
Senate to House bill entitled an Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Prince George's counry to
issue bonus, &c. We respecttully decline to lecede
from the sume,

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House
of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to carry into effect sec-
tion 1, of Article 7, of the Constitution of this State,
so far as the same relates to Baltimore county, and to
repeal section 31, of Article 3, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title
"County Commissioners."

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Hubner, Brown and Bennett.

Hoase bill entitled an Act to authorize !and em-
power and direct the Mayor and City Council of (Bal-
timore to appropriate a sum of money to pay for the
use of a suitable building to be occupied by the mem-
bers of the Veteran Volunteer Firemens Association

of Baltimore city.


Which was read the first time, and referred to the

Baltimore City Senators.

House bill entitled an Act to protect associations
and unions of workingmen and persons in their labels,
trade-marks and form of advertising, and to punish
offenders for violation of the same

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Agriculture and Labor.
