The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendments proposed by the Senate to House bill
entitled an Act to repeal chapter 121, of the Acts of
1890, entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's county to issue bonds,
&c., and to re-enact the same with amendments. We
respectfully request your Honorable Body to recede
from said amendments and herewith return said bill.
