times liquor to its bona fide members and bona fide
guests."

At the end of section 653 X, insert the following :
"Provided, however, that the provisions of this sec-
tion shall not apply to clubs."

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time
and ordered to be engrossed for a third rending.

Mr. Brown, from a Select Committee reported fav-
orably, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 18, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's
County," sub-title "Elections, Primary," by repealing
sections 152 and 153 thereof and re-enacting the same
with amendments, and by adding four additional sec-
tions thereto, to be numbered "153 A, 153 B, 164 C
and 153 D."

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Queen Anna's county to
appoint one addilional constable, for the Third and
Sixth Election Districts jointly.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 233,
234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239 and 240, of Article 18, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's
County," sub-title "Stevensville," relating to the in-
corporation of the town of Stevensville, Queen Anne's
sounty.

Which were read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS—THIRD READING.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with additions and amendments sections 39, 40, 41,
42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47, of Article 43, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Health," sub-title "Prac-
titioners of Medicine."

Was lead the third time, and passed by yeas and
says, as follows:
