orably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 396, 397,
398, 399, 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406. 407, 408, 409,
410, 411, 412 and 413, of Article 11 , of the Code of
Public Local Liws, entitled "Frederick County," sub-
title "Point of Rocks."

Mr. Bennett, from a Select Committee, reported

favorably, the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to carry into effect sec-
tion 1, of Article 7, of the Constitution of Maryland,
so far as the same relates to Carroll county, and to
repeal section 18, of Article 7, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-title "County
Commissioners."

Mr. Hayes, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add six new sections
to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks," to come in after section 653 T, of said
section, and to be designated as "653 U, 653 V, 653 W,
653 X, 653 Y and 653 Z "

With the following proposed amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Insert after the word "have," in the 14th line of
section 653 U, of the bill, the words following, "Arti-
cles of incorporation or."

Strike out after the word "admitted," in the 17th
line of said section, all the words between it and the
word "and," in the 20th line thereof, and insert in
the place of the words so stricken out the words fol-
lowing: " 'in accordance with the Constitution and by-
laws of the club."

After the word "members," in the 37th line of the
said section, insert the words "and bona fide guests."

Strike out after the word "may," in the 4th line of
section 653 W, all the rest of said section and insert
