Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 4th section
of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session, 1890, chapter 680, en-
titled an Act to provide for State taxation on the
revenues of certain foreign corporations mentioned in
this Act accruing from business done in the State of
Maryland, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Hayes, Waters,
Hepbron, Wilkinson,

the County Commissioners of Kent county to open a
street or road through, certain private property in said
county.
