House bill entitled an Act to enable the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to appropriate money for
the relief of the Baltimore Manual Labor School for
Indigent Boys.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, of the Code of Public General Laws
of the State of Maryland, Article 34, entitled "Estray,
Vessels Adrift, Drift Logs, " sub-title "Estrays, " and
8 A thereof, as enacted by chapter 252, of the Acts of
Assembly of 1890T entitled an Act to add an addi-
tional section to Article 34, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Estray, Vessels Adrift, Drift
Logs, " sub-title "Estrays, " to be numbered 8 A, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Was read the third time, and failed for want of a
Constitutional majority, by yeas and nays, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Hayes, Wilkinson,
