Laws, sub-title "County Commissioners. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Bennett, Rogers and Hubner.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 61 and
64 of Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Montgomery County, sub-title "County Com-
missioners, " and sections 124, 125, 126, of said Article
16, sub-title "Jurors. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wootton, Hepbron and Wirt.

Also, returned, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 10, of Article 51, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Juries, "

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claims W. L. Pfeiffer and George
Jewell for work done and material furnished at the
State House and Executive Mansion during the pres-
ent year.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 63, of
Article 14, of the Code of Public Local Laws, volume
11, title "Howard County, " sub title "Ellicott City, "
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay R. C. Mackall for expenses incurred
under an appointment made by his Excellency, Elihu
E. Jackson, late Governor of Maryland, as a delegate
to the Southern Emmigration Convention, held at
Asheville, North Carolina, in December, 1890.

Severally endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays. "

At 2. 05 P. M.,

On motion by Mr. Wirt,
The Senate went into Executive Session.
At 2. 15 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative
business, and

On motion by Mr. Wirt,
The Senate adjourned.
