Ordered, That the Secretary of the Senate be re
quested to notify the Public Printer that the Journals
of the Senate must be promptly furnished to the
Senate.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

Senate bill entitled an Act to sanction the bequest
of sundry ground-rents, amounting to the sum of
$630. 00 per annum, to the Home for Incurables of Bal-
timore city, in the last will and testament of Hannah
B. Gaither, deceased.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

By Mr. Coffin,

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate $1, 000
per annum for an Academy at Laurel, Md.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

By Mr. Brown, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 46, of
Article 9, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Claimants of Property, " and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 120, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Collateral Inheri-
tance Tax, " and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

By Mr. Hubner,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend section 1 and 3,
of an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session, 1890, chapter 542, entitled
an Act to change the name of the Trust, Deposit,
Loan, Security, Gurantee and Insurance Company of
Baltimore county, to the Baltimore County Trust
