Was ordered to lie over.

The Senate adjourned.

TUESDAY, January 19th, 1892.

Senate met at 11 A. M.

Prayer by Rev. Mr. Andrew.

Present at roll-call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Austin, Bennett, Brown, Coffin,
Evans, Getty, Gorter, Hayes, Hebron, Hubner, Moss,
Newman, Pearre, Robinson, Rogers, Smith, Talbott,
Toadvin, Waters, Wilkinson, Wirt, Wootton—23.

Proceedings of yesterday's session read and ap-
proved.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS, &c.

Mr. Waters presented the memorial of the Judges
of the Orphans' Court of Somerset county.

Which was read, and referred to Messrs. Waters,
Talbott and Getty.

ORDERS.

On motion by Mr. Wirt, it was
Ordered, That the Public Printer furnish copies of
all bills pertaining to the revenues of the State to the
Comptroller of the Treasury, the State Treasurer and
the State Tax Commissioner.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Printing.

On motion by Mr. Austin, it was
Ordered, That Senators Dawson and Posey be ex-
cused from this day's session, on account of sickness.

On motion by Mr. Newman, it was
Ordered, That Senator Seibert be excused from at-
tendance upon the Senate to day, on account of the
death of a relative.
