On motion by Mr. Toadvin, it was
Ordered, That when the Senate adjourns to-day it
be until 11. 30 A. M., to-morrow, Wednesday.
Mr. Hayes presented the following:
Ordered by the Senate, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury furnish at his earliest opportunity to the
Senate a copy of the two statements signed by the
Comptroller and Treasurer, and countersigned by the
'Governor, and on file in his office, and which were
made and filed, as aforesaid, within the first three
weeks in October, 1891, and January, 1892, respec-
tively, as required by section 23, Article 95, of the
Code of Public General Laws, as amended by Act of
1890, chapter 571, and the Secretary of the Senate is
hereby directed to furnish the Comptroller with a
copy of this order properly attested.
Ordered by the Senate, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury furnish at his earliest opportunity to the
Senate a list of all bonds and certificates of stock pur-
chased and obtained up to the close of the fiscal year
ending September, 1891, which belong to the overdue
debt of the State, and the Secretary of the Senate is
directed to furnish the Comptroller with a copy of
this order properly attested.
Ordered by the Senate, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury furnish at the earliest opportunity to the
Senate a list of all bonds and certificates of stock pur-
chased or obtained up to the close of the fiscal year
ending September 30th, 1891, which have been can-
celed or stamped, purchased for the sinking fund, and
the Secretary of the Senate is hereby directed to fur-
nish the Comptroller with a copy of this order prop-
erly attested.
