House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 367, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Harbor, Docks and
Wharves, " and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, with the following proposed amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by striking out all after the word "city, "
in line 7, of section 1, and strike out in the 8th line
of said section 1, the following words: "the public
wharves within the said city. "

Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

"City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Streets. Bridges and
Highways, " with the following proposed amend-
ment:

Amend by inserting; after the word "re-enacted, " in
the 3rd line of section 1, the words following with
amendments:

Amend by striking out the word "section, " in the
margin of the 7th line of section 1.
