The report was ordered to lie over and be made
the Order of the Day for Tuesday, March 8th, at 1
P. M.

Mr. Brown, from the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings, reported, without recommendation, the fol-
lowing bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of
Article 45, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Husband and Wife, " as the same was enacted,
by chapter 394 of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 32, of Article 93, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Administration. "

And with the further report that

These two bills "are to be taken and considered
together as a whole; it would not be proper to enact
one into a law without enacting the other into a law
also. "

Said bills were considered, and,
On motion by Mr. Brown,

Were made the Order of the Day for Thursday next
March 10th, at 1 P. M.

Mr. Wootton, from the Committee on Sanitary Con-
dition of the State, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to regulate the practice
of medicine and surgery in Maryland, for non-resident
practitioners.

With recommendation that said bill be referred to
the Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
