of all persons claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof, or interest therein, by, from, under or
through them or any of them.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

I, James A. Trait, a Notary Public in and for the
said district, do hereby certify, that Samuel Bieber
and Johanna Bieber, his wife, parties to a certain deed
bearing date on the twenty-first day of November, A. D.,
1891, and herein annexed, personally appeared before
me in this district aforesaid; the said Samuel Bieber
and Johanna Bieber, his wile, being personally well-
known to me to be the persons who executed the
said deed, and acknowledged the same to be their act
and deed; and the said Johanna Bieber being by me
examined privately and apart from her said husband
and having the deed aforesaid fully explained to her,
acknowledged the same to be her act and deed, and
declared that she had willingly signed, sealed and
delivered the same, and that she wishes not to re-
tract it.

Given under my hand and Notarial Seal this 21st
day of November, A. D., 1891.

And further, That the parties of the first part and
their heirs, shall and will at any and all times here-
after, upon the request and at the cost of the party of
the second part, make and execute all such other
deed or deeds, or other assurance in law for the more
certain and effectual conveyance of the said land and
premises and appurtenances unto the party of the
second part, as the party of the second or its counsel
learned in the law shall advise, devise or require.

In testimony whereof, the parties of the first part
have hereto set their hands and seals, on the day and
year first hereinbefore written.
