Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Board
of Police Commissioners for the City of Baltimore to
increase the pension of James M. Moore, a retired
patrolman of the Police Force of Baltimore city.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

By Mr, Wirt,

Senate bill entitled an Act to make valid and!
amend the charter of the Port Deposit Electric Light
Company, of Cecil county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the;
Committee on Corporations.

Also, by Mr. Wirt,

Senate bill entitled an Act to change the title of
Article 70 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Official Oaths. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the1
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 18, Article 1, of Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Birds and
Game. "

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 249 of
Article 1 of Code of Public Local Laws, title "Alle-
gany County, " sub-title ''Westernport. "

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Pearre, Brown and Moss.

Also, by M, Pearre,

Senate bill entitled an Act for the assistance of the
Home and Infirmary of Western Maryland in the city
of Cumberland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
