the Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the
Peace for Election Districts Nos. 1, 4 and 7, of Charles
county.

Amend by inserting in the third line of section 1,
preceding the word "Election, " at the beginning of
said line the words "each of the, " and inserting in
said line, after the word "seventh, " the words "of
Charles county, State of Maryland. "
