by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, in com-
pliance with the requirements of the Constitution
and Laws of this State.

We will appoint a committee to wait upon your
Honorable Body and conduct you to our Chamber.

of Delegates.

The President appointed as such Committee, Messrs.
Moss and Coffin.

Mr. Moss presented the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

January 13th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates;

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable
Body, that when the two Houses adjourn this week
they stand adjourned until Monday next, at 8 P. M.

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House
of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

when the two Houses adjourns this week, they stand
adjourned until Monday next, at 8 P. M., and res-
