nection 58, of Article 13, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford County, " sub-title "County
Commissioners, " and to add five additional sections
to said Article 13, relating to the number, term, elec-
tion and compensation of County Commissioners for
said county, to follow said section 58, and to be num-
bered 58 A, 58 B, 58 O, 58 D and 58 E.
