NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 393 and 396 of Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and
Punishments, " sub-title "Penitentiary. "

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Coffin, Robinson,

National Guard, " and to add new sections thereto,
under the designation of "Section 45, 46, 47, 48 and
49. "
