BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS—THIRD READING.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 3, of Article 10, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Attorneys-at-Law and
Attorneys-in-Fact. ''

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Coffin, Seibert,
Evans, Smith,
Getty, Toadvin,
Gorter, Waters.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county to make a special
levy of not more than 20 per cent, on each $100 of the
assessable real estate in the village of Lutherville, for
the purpose of improving the roads in said village.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and

nays, as follows:
