House, to investigate and report to the General As-
sembly of the proceedings of the Board of Visitors and
Governors of St. John's College, and the condition of
that institution in accordance with Resolution No 41,
of the General Assembly of 1832, and concur therein.
We have named on the part of the House, Messrs.
Sams, Miles and Grove, of Frederick.

with amendments section 12, of Article 48, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Inspections, " sub-title
"Tobacco. "

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments section 653 B, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub title
"Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks, " as enacted by
chapter 343 of the Acts of 1890.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays. "

The Senate adjourned.
