Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates,

Senate bill entitled an Act providing that no cor-
poration shall be dissolved by decree of any court of
this State until all taxes due the State shall be fully
paid or adjusted.
Was considered, and

On motion by Mr. Gorter, it was

Ordered to lie over and be made the order of the
day for Wednesday, February 17th, at 1 P. M.

Senate bill entitled an Act to entitle the sheriff to
charge and receive one dollar for every arrest on
warrant and return in criminal cases, and one dollar
and fifty cents for serving and returning attachments
for contempt of court.

Was considered, and

On motion by Mr. Moss, it was

Ordered r o lie over.

A messenger appeared and delivered a communi-
cation from the Executive.

At 2 P. M.,

On motion by Mr. Robinson,
The Senate went into Executive Session.

At 2. 10 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legisla-
tive business.

The Clerk of the louse of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:
