House bill entitled an Act to enlarge and extend
the powers and franchises of Glynden Permanent
Building Association of Baltimore county.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Hubner, Brown and Posey.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Home
for the Aged of Frederick city.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Hagerstown and State Line Railroad Company.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Mr. Wirt presented the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

February 11th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honora-
ble Body, the appointment of a Joint Special Com-
mittee of five, two on the part of the Senate and three
on the part of the House, to investigate and report to
the General Assembly the proceedings of the Board
of Visitors and Governors' of St John's College, and
the condition of that Institution, in accordance with
Resolution No. 41 of the General Assembly of 1832.

We have named as members of said Committee on
the part of the Senate, Messrs. Gorter and Rogers.

By order,

W. G. PURNELL,

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House
of Delegates.

A messenger appeared and delivered a communica-
tion from the Executive.

At 2. 50 P. M.,

On motion by Mr, Robinson,

The Senate went into Executive Session.

At 3 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative
business, and

On motion by Mr. Moss,

The Senate adjourned.
