Ordered to lie over, and be made the order of the
day for Friday, February 12th, at 1 P. M.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claims of the Commissioners of
Charities and Corrections for Frederick county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Finance,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, sec-
tion 3 and section 13, of chapter 495, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland passed at its Janu-
ary Session, 1892, entitled "An Act to incorporate the-
National Trust and Guarantee Company" and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 20 and
23, of Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, entitled "Public Education, " and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for the de-
struction of fruit trees in the State of Maryland in-
fected with the disease known as the "Yellows. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Agriculture and Labor.

House bill entitled an Act to add three additional
sections to the Act passed January Session, 1890,
chapter 334, entitled an Act to regulate the sale and
granting of licenses for the sale of spirituous and fer-
mented liquors in Baltimore county.
