Senate bill Entitled an Act to extend and enlarge
the privileges and powers of the Baltimore and Cum-
berland Railway Company, incorporated under and
by the General Laws of this State.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 188 to
217, inclusive, of Article 3, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Baltimore County, " sub-title
"Roads, " and to enact new sections in lieu thereof.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of Chestertown, and
the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church at
Bond Chappel, to hold respectively, one undivided half
