BT THE SENATE,

February 9th, 1892.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honora-
ble Body, that the Standing Committees of the House
and Senate, on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries,
which later in the session may act jointly, be and they
are hereby for this session of the General Assembly
increased by the addition of one member of the Senate,
and two members of the House of Delegates.

We have named on the part of the Senate, Senator
Hayes.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House
of Delegates, by yeas and nays, as follows:

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared
and delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

February 10th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message proposing, with the
concurrence of this House, that the Standing Commit-
tees of the House and Senate on the Chesapeake Bay
and its Tributaries, which later in the session may act
jointly, be and they are hereby for this session of the
General Assembly, increased by the addition of one
member of the Senate and two members of the House
of Delegates, and concur therein.
