A Messenger appeared and delivered a communica-
tion from the Executive.
At 1. 55 P. M.,

On motion by Mr. Robinson,
The Senate went into Executive Session.
At 2. 10 P. M.

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative
business, and

On motion by Mr. Toadvin,
The Senate adjourned.

THURSDAY, February 11th, 1892.
Senate met at 12 M.
Prayer by Rev. Mr. Steele.
Present at roll call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Austin, Brown, Dawson, Evans,
Getty, Gorter, Hayes, Hepbron, Hubner, Moss, New-
man, Pearre, Posey, Robinson, Rogers, Seibert, Smith,
Toadvin, Waters, Wilkinson, Wirt, Wootton—23.

Proceedings of yesterday's session read and ap-
proved.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS, &c.
Mr. Dawson presented the memorial of citizens of
Caroline county, praying relief of the sureties of Ste-
venson Archer.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee
on Finance.

Mr. Hubner presented the memorial of citizens of
Baltimore county, praying relief of the sureties of
Stevenson Archer.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Finance.
