NEGATIVE— None

Said resolution was then sent to the House of Dele-
gates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to amend and perpetuate
the charter of the Young Men's Christian Association
of Baltimore.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay A. S. Abell & Co., and others, for pub-
lishing the Constitutional Amendments and Governor's
Proclamation, according to contract made with the
State of Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to add two additional
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub title
"Railroads Obstructing, " to follow section 231 and to
be known as sections 231 A and 231 B, respectively.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act granting the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the gift and be-
quest of Elizabeth C. Lane, of Washington county, to
the Board of Home and Foreign Missions.

House bill entitled an Act to empower the Commis-
sioners of Washington county to call in certain bonds
of said county, and to issue other bonds.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Seibert, Newman and Robinson.
