Gentlemen of the Senate:

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable
Body, that when the General Assembly adjourns to day
it stands adjourned until Tuesday at 12 M.

Mr. Moss presented the following:

BY THE SENATE,

January 6th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message proposing that
when the General Assembly adjourns to-day it stands
adjourned until Tuesday next at 12 M., and we concur
therein.

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House
of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

January 6th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We respectfully propose, with the concurrence of
your Honorable Body, that the Senate and House of
Delegates appoint a committee of eight, five on the
part of the House and three on the part of the Senate,
to wait on the Governor-elect and inform him of his
election and request his attendance on Wednesday,
January 13th, at 12 M., at the State House, to qualify
according to the Constitution and form of government
of this State, and to make arrangements for the
inaugural ceremonies.
