The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 157,
160, 163, 164, 166 and 174, of Article eleven, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Fred-
erick County, " sub-title "Frederick, " relating to the
Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick, and to re-enact
said sections with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Newman, Pearre and Austin.

OFFICE OF SECRETARY OF THE SENATE,
Annapolis, Md., February 8th, 1892.

The following Acts of the General Assembly have
been sealed with the Great Seal and presented to the
Governor for his approval, on the respective dates as
follows:

February 2d, 2. 10 P. M. —Chapter 1. An Act to
authorize the Board of Police Commissioners for the
city of Baltimore, to increase the pension of James
M. Moore, a retired patrolman of the police force of
Baltimore city.

February 3d, 12. 15 P. M. —Chapter 2. An Act to
authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Montgomery county to refund taxes paid in error to
Sarah A. Ellicott.

February 4th, 1 P. M. —Chapter 3. An Act to amend
the charter of the American Casualty Insurance and
Security Company of Baltimore city.

Chapter 4. An Act to repeal and re-enact with,
amendments, section 3, of Article 21, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Conveyancing. "

Chapter 5. An Act to repeal section 249, of Article
1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Westernport, " and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
