Mr, Robinson submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

February 4th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We respectfully request you to return to the Senate
for further consideration Senate Bill No. 77, exempt-
ing Bel Air Water Company from taxation.

By order,

W. G, PURNELL,

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House
of Delegates.

On motion by Mr. Moss,

The Senate at 2, 30 P. M. took a recess until 1. 35.
At 1. 20 P. M. the Senators reassembled in the
Senate Chamber, and

On motion by Mr. Moss,
The Senate adjourned.

FRIDAY, February 5th, 1892.

Senate met at 12 M.

Prayer by Rev. Mr. Andrew.

Present at roll call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Austin, Brown, Dawson, Evans,.
Getty, Gorter, Hayes, Hepbron, Hubner, Moss, New-
man, Pearre, Robinson, Rogers, Seibert, Smith, Tal-
bott, Toadvin, Waters, Wilkinson, Wirt—22.

Proceedings of yesterday's session read and ap-
proved.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS, &c.

The president presented the biennial report of the
State Board of Health.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Finance.
