to provide for allowing executors and administrators
compensation for sureties upon their administration
bonds.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 16, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Chancery, " to provide for the payment
of compensation to the sureties on the bonds of trus-
tees, receivers, guardians, committees and other
fiduciaries.

Which were adopted.

Mr. Wirt, from the Committee on Rules, reported
favorably the following:

Ordered, That the Public Printer print one hun-
dred copies of the Rules of the Senate, with the ap-
pendix of parliamentary practice as printed in the
former Rules of the Senate, the same to be in lieu of
those printed at this session of the Senate by said
Public Printer, and which by defects and omissions
are not a correct print of said rules. The said rules
ordered to be printed by this order to be taken and
considered as a part of the rules which the said Public
Printer is required to print under his contract with
the State heretofore entered into by Mm.

Be it further ordered, That the proposed rules be
submitted to the Committee on Rules for their exam-
ination, revision and correction, and that a certificate
of the correctness of said rules, signed by the said
committee, be affixed to said rules.

Be it further ordered, That the Secretary of the
Senate collect and destroy the Rules of the Senate
printed by the Public Printer for this session of the
Senate, because by their omissions and defects the
said rules are misleading, and not a correct copy of
said mies.
