last session thereof to investigate said defalcations,
and in view also of the existing law to which said facts
apply, there are many and strong equitable considera-
tions which entitle them to relief; they therefore
pray that the Legislature will carefully weigh and
consider said facts and law, and grant them such
relief as may be just and equitable.

Finance.

ORDERS.

Mr. Hayes presented the following:

Ordered by the Senate, That the Public Printer
print one hundred copies of the Rules of the Senate,
with the appendix of parliamentary practice as printed
in the former rules of the Senate, the same to be in
lieu of those printed at this session of the Senate by
said Public Printer and which by defects and omis-
sions are not a correct print of said rules. The said
rules ordered to be printed by this order, to be taken
and considered as a part of the rules which the said
Public Printer is required to print under his con-
tract with the State heretofore entered into by him.

Be it further ordered by the Senate, That the proof
of said rules be submitted to the Committee on Rules
