REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr, Moss, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 185 and
186, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Orphans'
Court, " and to re enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

January 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We respectfully propose, with the concurrence of
your Honorable Body, that the Senate and House of
Delegates, appoint a committee of five, three on the
part of the House, and two on the part of the Senate,
to wait on the Hon. Spencer C. Jones, the Treasurer
elect, and inform him of his election.

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Fuld, McSherry and Griffith.

By order, CARLTON SHAFER,
Which was read. Chief Clerk.
Mr. Wirt presented the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

February 1st, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message, proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of two on the part of
the Senate and three on the part of the House of
Delegates, to wait upon the Honorable Spencer C.
Jones, and notify him of his election as Treasurer, and
respectfully concur therein.

We have named on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Wirt and Moss.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House
of Delegates.
