NEGATIVE—None.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

January 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honor-
able Body, the appointment of a committee of five,
two on the part of the Senate and three on the part of
the House, to give official notification to the Hon.
Edson M. Schryver, of his election to the office of
Police Commissioner for Baltimore city, for the term
of six years, from March 15th, 1893, to March 15th,
1899.

We have named on the part of the House, Messrs.
O'Conor, Field and Cornthwaite.

By order, CARLTON SHAFER,
Which was read. Chief Clerk
Mr. Evans presented the foil owing message:

BY THE SENATE,

January 29th, 1892.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates;

We have received your message, proposing the ap-
pointment of a committee of five, three on the part of
the House and two on the part of the Senate, to give
official notification to the Hon. Edson M. Schryver, of
Ms election to fill the office of Police Commissioner
for Baltimore city, for the term of six years, from
March 15th, 1893, and respectfully concur therein.
