delivered the following message:

January 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message, proposing to pro-
ceed to the election of State Treasurer at 1. 30
P. M., this day, and concur therein.

We have nominated on the part of the House of
Delegates, Hon. Spencer C. Jones, of Montgomery
county, and Hon. Allen Rutherford, of Montgomery
county.

And we have appointed as tellers on the part of the
House of Delegates, Messrs. Canby and Buckey, who
are to receive the votes of the House of Delegates,
and in connection with the tellers appointed by your
Honorable Body, to count the same.
