On motion by Mr. Toadvin,

Said bill was referred to the Committee on Agricul-
ture and Labor,
At 2. 05 P. M.,

On motion by Mr. Robinson,
The Senate went into Executive Session.
At 2. 10 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of legislative
business.

And, on motion by Mr. Wirt,
The Senate adjourned.

THURSDAY, January 28th, 1892.

Senate met at 12 M.

Prayer by Rev. Mr. Andrew.

Present at roll-call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Austin, Bennett, Brown, Coffin.
Evans, Getty, Gorter, Hayes, Hubner, Moss, Newman,
Pearre, Posey, Robinson, Rogers, Seibert, Smith,
Talbott, Toadvin, Waters, Wilkinson, Wootton—23.

Proceedings of yesterday's session read and ap-
proved.

ORDERS.

On motion by Mr. Evans, it was
Ordered, That the Public Printer be instructed to
print one hundred copies of the rules of the Senate,
with all amendments to date, the copy to be revised
by the Committee on Rules of the Senate, and also
that a list of the Senators, with their postoffice ad-
dresses, be printed and bound with the rules.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Finance.

On motion by Mr. Moss, it was
Ordered, That the use of the Senate Chamber be
