AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend the title of the bill by inserting after the
word "Wills, " at the end of the second line thereof,
the words following, to wit, as amended by an Act of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1890, chapter
416, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments sections three hundred and thirty-one,
and three hundred and thirty-four, of Article ninety-
three, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law. " sub-title "Wills, " and also by
inserting after the word "Wills, " in the second line
of section 1, the following words, to-wit, as amended
by an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, of
1890, chapter 416, entitled an Act to repeal an re-enact
with amendments, sections three hundred and thirty-
one, and three hundred and thirty-four, of Article
ninety three, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Wills. "

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time,
and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Also reported without recommendation,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 47, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Insolvents, " to be numbered section 37,
with suggestion that it be referred to the Committee
on the Sanitary Condition of State.

Which was considered, and

So referred.

Mr. Wirt, from the Committee on Rules, reported
favorably, the following:

Ordered, That Rule XVI, of the rules of the Senate,
be and is hereby amended by adding thereto as a
Standing Committee of the Senate, one to be known
as "Committee on Roads and Highways, " to be com-
posed of five Senators.

Which was read and adopted.

The President appointed as such committee, Messrs.
Toadvin, Hubner, Seibert, Hepbron and Coffin.

Mr. Evans, from the Committee on Printing, reported
favorably, the following:
