The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

April 4 h, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate ;

The House having refused to concur in the amend-
ment proposed by the Senate to House bill entitled an
Act to repeal sections 100, 101, 102 and 103, of the
Public Local Laws, title "St. Mary's County," sub-
title "Roads," and to re-enact the following sections
100, 101, 102, 103 and 103 A. We respectfully re-
quest your Honorable Body to recede from said amend-
ment, and herewith return said bill.
