Said bill was indefinitely postponed.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

Said bill was substituted for the unfavorable re-
port.

Mr. Gorter submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out the word "three," in line 12 of said bill,
and insert in lieu thereof the word "twelve," and add
to the end of section 9 the words : "Provided that in
the city of Baltimore the said suits may be brought
within three months from the date of such letters."

Which was read and adopted, and said bill read the
second time, and

The rules were suspended, so as to give a third read-
