sale of opium, cocaine and chloral in any form.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county to make a special
levy in the village of Mt. Washington, &c.

Messrs. Hubner, Brown and Bennett.

House bill entitled an Act granting the consent of
the State of Maryland to the acquisition by the United
States, or by States, &c., to erect monuments com-
memorative of the battles of Antietam and Monocacy.

States of America jurisdiction, over certain property
acquired by it for the use of government Hospital for

Code of Public General Laws, title "Corporations."

the Code of Public General Laws, title "Corpor-
